What you'll be doing:

  • Help to promote Entrust Education Technologies services to expand the customer base and revenue levels.

  • To create, install and support Schools' ICT systems and network infrastructure at both server and desktop level

  • Guarantee powerful communication with schools, including arranging and planning of bulletin articles and docs for the intranet

What we're searching for:

  • Demonstrated experience with a connected job
  • Experience of Windows server 2012/2016/2019 including using Group Policies, PowerShell and fundamental scripting.
  • Experience of supporting Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016
  • Brilliant experience and knowledge of supporting Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016.
  • Experience of supporting educational programming.
  • Experience of virtual server technologies - Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware.
  • Installation, arrangement and support of Apple and Android gadgets - iMacs, MacBook's, iPads (counting Apple Configurator).
  • Great insight on network troubleshooting - Both LAN and Wireless networks.
  • Full driving license and use of a vehicle.
