Entry Level Engineer / Engineering Development Program Technical engineer job description Role Profile: The Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a two-year development program designed to fast track entry level engineers in preparation for an exciting career at Honda. Entry Level Engineers rotate through three departments with a primary focus on projects related to manufacturing. Upon completion of the program, the associate is placed permanently in a department to further develop their engineering skills, while implementing the skills acquired during each rotation.
