Desktop Support Technician Obligations and Responsibilities: Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new equipment installations Help with developing long haul systems and functional organization for meeting future hierarchical equipment needs Lead research on, and make suggestions for, products on the side of procurement and development times Set up records and workstations Perform on-site investigation, diagnosis, and resolving complex desktop issues for end-users, and suggest and execute remedial arrangements, including an off-site fix for remote clients varying Install, design, test, manage, check, and investigate end-user and network equipment, peripheral gadgets, printing/scanning gadgets, presentation hardware, programming, and other products to convey required desktop service levels Work together with IT colleagues to guarantee proficient operation of the company's desktop computing environment Get and react to incoming support tickets with resp...
