You can find a job in a Local Customer Support Center,
you'll play an important job as the main point of contact for clients. Working
shifts, including weekends and nights, you'll join a team monitoring client's
data center and reacting rapidly to everything from change requests to alerts. You'll
be taking care of incoming client requests by email, telephone or CRM and
managing and settling them yourself or escalating them to the relevant contact
in accordance with ITIL V3. This implies working closely with a range of
corporate clients and our client Operations teams to guarantee our client could
meet prescibed SLAs.
What you'll require:
- Experience of working shifts in a27/7 worldwide support team and delivering great client support in a technical environment.
- You will be a confident communicator, with the capacity to manage corporate clients at all levels in English and another language
- You'll be accustomed to working with ITIL procedures and will have a fundamental understanding of data center and networking terms.
- You'll also be efficient, with a sharp eye for detail and the capacity to work rapidly and precisely in a high stress environment.
