Aruba Network Resident Engineer will effectively assess and offer solutions to optimize the customer's Aruba investment completely. The engineer needs to work in coordination to create mobility solutions and create performance benchmarks.

The Aruba Resident Engineer job and responsibilities are primarily engaged upon giving technical support and consulting services to HPE-Aruba clients for Aruba products and solutions.

Aruba Network Resident Engineer

Responsibilities include:

  • Giving Pre-Service and some Post-Deployment technical help. Pre-Service duties are to team with the client to scale-up Aruba Sales proof of concept or pilot setups to the client production network, incorporate the Aruba edge network solution with the client enterprise network, help check and approve devices utilized by the client on the new Aruba edge network solution, plan and help configure Aruba security solutions as a feature of the client's network security act, and coordinate Aruba network management components into the client's network operational supportive network.
  • Proactively analyze and prescribe approaches to optimize and use the client's Aruba investment. Direct periodic quality reviews, per Aruba Resident Engineering best practices.
  • Cooperation in the development of mobility solutions; building client test grounds; leading verification and approval testing; developing performance benchmarks
  • Actively look to education and expand client Aruba technical expertise through informal workshops, training sessions, design surveys, and documentation for client use
  • Give expertise in troubleshooting WLAN/LAN/WAN issues, just as troubleshooting Aruba product issues.

Aruba Resident Engineer Challenges

  • Ability to incorporate as part and be accepted as a part of the client engineering and operations group.
  • Ability to rapidly survey and investigate relevant data points to focus on getting the root cause of client issues with Aruba products.
  • Ability to persistently instruct and expand the technical expertise of the client
  • Team with the HPE-Aruba Sales Team and be engaged with their work with the client
  • Ability to work between conditionally with an assorted the domain of personnel to draw expertise in problem-solving
  • Maintain a sense mission and focus on results that carry an incentive value to the client
